Adviesburo Verhoef (The Netherlands) has been invited to make a design for the cooling facilities for a logistic centre for mangoes in Mali. Mangoes from this African country have good quality and taste and are welcome world wide. However, in Mali growers like to operate independently; they like to have responsibility of the whole cold chain, from grower to supermarket. This was one of the challenges that had to be faced, when making a design.
