Summary
The present state of the art on nucleate flow boiling was presented in the first part of this article. On the basis of the author's experimental data, the new criteria of the onset of nucleate flow boiling have been determined. Specific dynamic effects have been included in the analysis for new environmentally friendly refrigerants. A new outlook on nucleate flow boiling of refrigerants is presented in the second part of this article. The relationships describing the movement of the onset of boiling process as well as a coupled process of pressure change are analysed. The present state of the art as well as the authors' experimental investigation are taken into consideration in this part of the article. The conclusions of both parts of the article are presented.
