NJ3600L FET as a very low-noise, cooled amplifier for infrared bolometry.
Author(s) : LANZI L., SASSOLI K., VENTURA G.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The noise voltage was measured at low frequency (0-200 hertz) from room temperature down to 100 K. The possibility of using this extremely low-noise device in a cooled preamplifier was ascertained, in particular in connection with heavily doped silicon or germanium infrared bolometers working at or below 0.3 K.
