Type of article: Article

Summary

A THEORY OF THE NONSTATIONARY JOSEPHSON EFFECT IN SNS (SUPERCONDUCTOR -NORMAL METAL -SUPERCONDUCTOR) JUNCTIONS WITH A LOW IMPURITY CONCENTRATION IS DEVELOPED ON THE BASIS OF THE MICROSCOPIC EQUATIONS OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY THEORY. THE STIMULATION OF THE CRITICAL JUNCTION CURRENT UNDER UHF IRRADIATION IS INVESTIGATED AND THE NONSTATIONARY JOSEPHSON EFFECT AT LOW AND HIGH VOLTAGES IS CONSIDERED.
