Summary

CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS FOR JUNCTIONS OF A SUPERCONDUCTOR (TANTALUM, TIN) AND NORMAL METAL (COPPER) WITH THE SUPERCONDUCTING CERAMICS ARE MEASURED. CURRENT STEPS DUE TO A JOSEPHSON NONSTEADY EFFECT ARE OBSERVED UNDER RADIO-FREQUENCY RADIATION. EACH OF THE JUNCTIONS STUDIED HAS RATHER LOW CRITICAL AND EXCESS CURRENTS AND A LOW MAXIMUM VOLTAGE OF THE JOSEPHSON STEPS. FOR COPPER-CERAMICS JUNCTIONS, THE CURRENT STEPS HAVE A FINITE SLOPE AND EXIST UP TO 77 K.
