On the conductivity of two-dimensional electrons in high magnetic field.

Summary

The system of non-interacting two-dimensional electrons in the high magnetic field and smooth random potential is studied. The structure of delocalized electron states concentrated near the equipotential lines is analyzed. The estimates for the electron diffusion coefficient and Ohmic conductivity at low temperatures are given. The activation conductivity at the fraction fillings is considered qualitatively.
