Summary

THE MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY AND CONDUCTIVITY OF THE ORGANIC QUASI ONE-DIMENSIONAL SALT DIBENZOTETRATHIOFULVALENE-13 ARE STUDIED IN THE 1.3 TO 360 K TEMPERATURE RANGE. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY CAN BE SATISFACTORILY DESCRIBED BY AN INFINITE REGULAR LINEAR CHAIN WITH INDIRECT ANTIFERROMAGNETIC EXCHANGE INTERACTION VIA THE IODINE ATOM.
