Summary
The role of oxygen deficiency in these ceramics has been investigated by differential thermal analysis, differential thermogravimetry, linear thermal expansion, and by soft X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The interdependence of the measured parameters and some of the stability criteria are discussed.
