Summary

BASING ON THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES OF HERMETIC PISTON REFRIGERATING COMPRESSORS, THE AUTHORS ELABORATED A METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING THE TOLERANCES AND THE FITTING OF COMPONENTS. THE AUTHOR PROPOSES AN EQUATION RELATING THE ACCURACY OF COMPONENT MANUFACTURE AND THE FLUCTUATIONS OF THE REFRIGERATING CAPACITY OF COMPRESSORS IN PRODUCTION SERIES. THE OPTIMIZATION CRITERION IS THE MINIMISING OF OVERALL MANUFACTURING AND OPERATING COSTS OF COMPRESSORS DURING THEIR LIFE TIME. THE OPTIMIZATION PROBLEM IS REDUCED TO A TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE MANUFACTURE OF THE COMPONENTS ACCORDING TO A COMPUTER PROGRAM WITH THE USE OF A COMBINED METHOD AND BALAS ALGORITHM.
