THEPROBLEM OF THE PRESENCE AND FEATURES OF PARAMAGNETIC-SPIN GLASS PHASE TRANSITIONS IN HEISENBERG SYSTEMS WITH SHORT-RANGE EXCHANGE INTERACTION AND RANDOM ANISOTROPY IS CONSIDERED FOR THE SYSTEM OF DILUTE FERRIMAGNETIC OXIDES LITHIUM(0.5)IRON(2.5-X)GALLIUM(X)OXYGENE(4) (X = 1.5-2.0), WHICH POSSESSES A NUMBER OF PROPERTIES AT LOW TEMPERATURES WHICH ARE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE SPIN GLASS STATE. THE CRITICAL BEHAVIOUR IN A MAGNETIC FIELD IS INVESTIGATED.
