Summary

IT IS SHOWN THAT ON COOLING OF IRON-NICKEL-MANGANESE ALLOYS WITH A DOPING ELEMENT CONCENTRATION NEAR THAT CORRESPONDING TO THE APPEARANCE OF FERROMAGNETIC ORDER, THE FOLLOWING SEQUENCE OF MAGNETIC TRANSFORMATIONS OCCURS: PARAMAGNETIC, COLLINEAR FERROMAGNETIC, NONCOLLINEAR FERROMAGNETIC (ASPERO-MAGNETIC), AND RECIPROCAL SPIN GLASS. THE ASPEROMAGNETIC STATE IS CHARACTERISTIC FOR THE INVAR ALLOY COOLED BELOW 20 K.
