Summary

Fruits stored at 15 plus or minus 2 °C were kept in good condition for 10 days. Fruit ripening was facilitated at 25 plus or minus 2 °C (approximately 3 to 5 days), and the storage life of fruits stored at this temperature was similar to that of fruits stored at 15 plus or minus 2 °C. At 5 and 10 plus or minus 2 °C, chilling damage symptoms were observed on the fruit peel.
