Summary

THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE PERFORMANCE OF REFRIGERATED OPEN DISPLAY CABINETS WITH SINGLE, DUAL OR TRIPLE AIR CURTAINS. THEORETICAL ANALYSIS BASED ON ENTHALPIES IN SEVERAL POINTS OF THE CABINET. PRACTICAL EXPERIMENTS SHOW EXCELLENT AGREEMENT WITH THEORETICAL PREDICTIONS IN WHICH CABINETS EXHIBIT A LINEAR RELATIONSHIP OF THE REFRIGERATION LOAD TO THE ENTHALPY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE CABINET.
