Summary
Mathematical models of the main parts of automotive air conditioning system including compressor, condenser, receiver, expansion device and evaporator are established. A steady-state performance simulation method of automotive air conditioning system is proposed. A computer program is developed depending upon the simulation method. The comparison between calculated results and experimental results shows that the simulation method is practical and reliable.
