Perspectives of aluminium as a construction material for stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Author(s) : FLOHR F., MEURER C., SWIDERSKY H. W., et al.
Summary
In the automotive industry the production of aluminium brazed heat exchangers is already successfully established. Micro channel heat exchanger designs are discussed for stationary systems as well. In addition to the discussions about the system chemistry the paper outlines possible benefits of brazed heat exchangers when compared to mechanically expanded types.
