Summary
If water air-conditioning systems become more widely used, copper will no longer necessarily be the material of choice. New synthetic materials with numerous positive features have been developed: corrosion-resistance and non-transmission of noise are the main positive aspects. Of course, installation differs greatly from that required for copper. Elements are assembled using polyfusion and the natural dilatation of this material has to be taken into account.
