Summary
Energy-saving air-conditioning systems (SKV) based on refrigeration machines with liquid condensers are considered. Operation of spot-central air conditioning systems in office buildings, most suitable for Moscow climate is considered. The operational conditions of such SKV in warm time period using ventilation and ejector terminal units are calculated, and energy advantages of ejector terminal units are shown. It is proved that in the case of switching off ventilation at night with the purpose of energy saving, the temperature in premises will not reduce lower than the pre-set temperature, even in the case of stopping of emergency heating pumps, owing to heat, accumulated by floor and ceiling.
