Summary
Two tables present the major parasite insects infesting fruit and vegetables, along with temperature and controlled-atmosphere conditions required to achieve insect control. The authors also present controlled-atmosphere-tolerance conditions for certain fruit and vegetables (see also IIR Bulletin, ref. 1993-0935).
