A CALCULATION PROCEDURE IS USED FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT FOR PRESSURE LOSS. ALLOWING FOR EFFICIENCY IN THE CALCULATION IS JUSTIFIED BY PRACTICE. THE CALCULATION ALLOWS FOR THE EFFECT OF MANUFACTURE, ERECTION AND OPERATION IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE AIR-COOLED CONDENSER. MEASURED WORK EFFICIENCY RANGES BETWEEN 0.85 AND 1.
