Summary
As part of a joint study presented at Euro Noise 1995, the Bureau Veritas and France Air compared the results of measurements taken at about 10 sites with a predictive calculation done with Airgiciel Acoust. For most rooms, the present approach gives correct results for estimating the level of ventilation noise and for predicting, during the design stage, how closely noise levels come to comfort criteria and to regulatory restrictions.
