Preliminary experimental results of CO2 gas-cooling over-all heat transfer coefficient under supercritical condition.

Author(s) : HASHIMOTO K., SAIKAWA M.

Summary

The Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry has been studying CO2 heat pumps since 1995. A CO2 heat pump experimental loop was installed in order to investigate the cycle behaviour and the heat transfer under supercritical conditions. The paper reports the results of the preliminary experiments of the CO2 overall heat transfer coefficient under supercritical conditions.
