Summary

The all-electric air-conditioning system with 2-pipe and 2-wire fan-coil units is presented and described in detail: components, links with different networks, production of iced water, air change, reheating and fresh-air cooling, economizers. The advantages of such a system are given; before switching on, it is necessary to consider in detail programming, capacity management and peak and off-peak hours. General guidelines are given for occupancy and non occupancy periods (heating and air conditioning). J.L.
