Summary
This city office building of 7,000 m2 floor area, now 5 years old, has been reassessed in the light of actual use, comfort and energy usage. Air-conditioning is by variable air volume and temperature, and chilled water, with ice storage. A large number of changes and improvements, which are described, have taken place in this time. Energy consumption is appreciably less than the original design. A.R.T.
