PROBLEMS CONCERNING TECHNICAL SOLUTION OF REFRIGERATING CIRCUIT REVERSAL.

Author(s) : HORACEK V., KORECKY V.

Summary

THE REVERSAL OF COMPRESSION CIRCUITS MAY IMPROVE THE ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF THE DEFROSTING OF EVAPORATOR AND EXTEND ITS USE IN COOLING OR HEATING. A NEW REVERSAL VALVE WAS DEVELOPED, WHICH MADE IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT AN INDIVIDUAL REFRIGERATING UNIT INTO A COMBINED COOLING-HEATING UNIT. THIS OPERATES SATISFACTORILY FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING OF TEST FRUIT HANDLING STATION. THE HAZARD OF SLUGGING, OF SUDDEN PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE CHANGES AND OF UNEVEN FLOW OF THE REFRIGERANT REQUIRES RATHER GREAT ALTERATIONS OF SOME ELEMENTS OF THE CIRCUIT.
