Summary
Can two-stage evaporative cooling be a viable alternative to conventional air conditioning in office buildings? Maybe, but it will depend to a large extent on its proper application and control. This article describes an installation serving a complex of office buildings using two-stage evaporative cooling and the changes that were made to the control strategy of the coolers, in order to rectify the unacceptable conditions they were providing.
