Summary

The proceedings contain 126 papers of this 12th biennial Conference which was held concurrently with the 1994 International Refrigeration Conference at Purdue University, USA, July 19-22, 1994. The goals of the conference, sponsored by the IIR, were: to present research and design results in positive displacement compressors; to review the state-of-the-art of compressor development and application; to educate engineers starting in the compressor field; and to provide an easily accessible reference for compressor engineers. The papers will be abstracted in a future issue of the IIR Bulletin.
