ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF CRYOGENIC TEMPERATURE SWING ADSORPTION, THIS ARTICLE POINTS OUT THAT THIS METHOD IS PARTICULARLY APPROPRIATE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SUPER HIGH-PURITY HYDROGEN, AND CAN BE APPLIED ECONOMICALLY, UNDER SOME CONDITIONS, IN THE ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY. FURTHERMORE, THIS ARTICLE ANALYSES THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO RISING THE PURITY OF HYDROGEN, AND INTRODUCES SOME OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCES.
