Pulse tube refrigerator: a new cold source for low-temperature cabinets.
[In Chinese. / En chinois.]
Author(s) : XUAN Z., et al.
Type of article: Article
Summary
This is the first experimental work on the feasibility of operating a pulse tube cryocooler as a low-temperature (-60 to -100 deg C) refrigerator. In higher temperature ranges, the simple, reliable pulse-tube cryocooler has some advantages over the conventional refrigerant-based refrigeration technology. An initial unit was set up, and the experimental results favourably support the new ideas.
