Summary
Sales of quick-frozen foods (with the exception of ice creams) over a 6-month period in a supermarket reached a level of DEM 108,000. Best sellers were fish products, while sales of prepared and semi-prepared foods stagnated. A comparison of all products on sale demonstrated that fresh products followed by dried products, had the best sales per square meter of stored space.
