Summary

THE RESULTS OF COMPUTER CALCULATIONS ARE REPORTED, STRESSING THE EFFECT OF THE MICROPROCESSOR FOR A BETTER CONTROL SYSTEM. THE ANNUAL ENERGY REQUIREMENTS FOR HEATING AND COOLING A BUILDING AND THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF THE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS ARE DETERMINED. THE CONTROL OF A LIGHTING SYSTEM IS STUDIED IN TERMS OF THE INTENSITY OF DAYLIGHT AND IT WAS CHECKED DURING ONE YEAR IN AN OFFICE BUILDING. POSSIBLE ENERGY SAVINGS WERE EVALUATED.
