IIR document
Refrigerants, multilateral environmental agreements and the challenge for developing countries.
Author(s) : DELVIN M.
Summary
Sometimes, the objectives of the Montreal Protocol and the Kyoto Protocol contradict each other; for instance, when phasing out ODS, highly greenhouse gases have been phased in. This amplifies the already major challenge for developing countries. The projects within Sweden's bilateral Ozone Layer Protection Programme aim at assisting developing countries.
