Summary
Hydrogen-absorbing alloys were applied to the refrigeration system (MH refrigeration system) for a 100 m3 freezing compartment. The temperature of the freezing compartment reached -30 deg C. This high performance of the MH refrigeration system was achieved mainly by development of heat exchangers and hydrogen-absorbing alloys.
