Summary

The need for a comfortable and convenient indoor environment for hotel guests increases every year. The claims of guests were analysed and the existing air conditioning system was reviewed at the ANA Hotel. The conventional chilled/hot water 2-piping fan coil unit system has been replaced with small air-conditioning units combined with fan-coil units, and chilled water heat pumps in series have been developed.
