Research on energy conservation of refrigerators operation in the night.

Summary

This paper is based on actual measurement weather data of recent decade in Jinan and change rules and characterastics of outdoor air wet bulb temperature are analyzed. It is studied that outdoor air wet bulb temperature has an effect on the performance of refrigerators. Results show that cooling capacity is increased by 9. 0 per cent, consumption power is reduced by 17. 2 per cent, coefficient of performance is stepped—up by 31. 5 per cent when refrigerators operate in the night.Last summer,the performance of refrigerators in the office building in Jinan has been measured. Measurment results have shown good agreement theory calculation resalts.
