Summary

The refrigerator is an indispensable part in people's lives. Noise reduction has always been one of the most important subjects of refrigerator compressor research. Reducing the noise of the refrigerator compressor can not only improve people's living environment effectively, but can also improve the competitiveness of the refrigerator significantly. This paper summarizes the current research status of noise reduction technology, and introduces the main methods briefly. For example, optimizing the shell and pipe structure to reduce the compressor shell vibration caused by reciprocating inertia force and rotational inertia force and reduce the vibration of the pipeline caused by the pulsation of the air flow; improving the valve structure to weaken the impact between the valve plate and the valve seat as well as the lift limiter; arranging the intake muffler at the inlet of the compressor and equipping the elbow and the buffer chamber at the outlet of the compressor to reduce the aerodynamic noise caused by refrigerant flow and so on.
