Saturated vapour density and vaporization heat of helium-3.

Summary
The saturated vapour density of helium-3 is obtained from an empirical equation (1.6-3.3157 K) and from virial state equation (0-1.6 K). Based on this calculation, the vaporization heat of helium-3 is precisely calculated from 0 K to the critical temperature 3.3157 K.
