Summary
Air filters are generally classified by their filter classes according to EN 779. The differentiated between coarse dust filters in the filter classes G2 to G4 and fine dust filters in the filter classes F5 to F9: the higher the number, the higher the average filtration efficiency, with a F9 filter having a value of at least 95%.
