Summary
In Japan, about a hundred million scrap tires are generated every year. More than 90% of them are recycled, about 50% of them are recycled thermally (e.g. fuel), 30% of them into product cycles (ex. retreated tires) and 10% of them into material recycle (ex. ground rubber). From the resource saving point, It is necessary to increase the rate of product recycle and material recycle. Cryogenics grinding method is one of the best way for promoting to use ground rubber.
