Type of article: Article
Summary
THE OPTIMUM CYCLING TIMES FOR BOTH MORULA AND BLASTOCYST STAGE EMBRYOS WERE FOUND TO BE 9 HOURS AT 273 K FOLLOWED BY 3 HOURS AT 310 K. THE MAXIMUM HATCHING RATES NORMALIZED TO CONTROL VALUES WERE 96.6, 83.2 AND 68.7% AFTER CYCLING BETWEEN 273 AND 310 K FOR 3, 5 AND 7 DAYS FOR BLASTOCYST STAGE EMBRYOS, RESPECTIVELY, WHEREAS THE NORMALIZED SURVIVAL RATES OF MORULA STAGE EMBRYOS WERE 86.7, 68.1 AND 58.8% FOR 3, 5, AND 7 DAYS STORAGE, RESPECTIVELY.
