Summary

Mouse, rat and cattle embryos were subjected to cryopreservation with permeable cryoprotectants (glycerol, 1,2-propane diol) or with a glycerol-sucrose mixture. The best viability was observed in the three groups of embryos frozen under protection of the glycerol-sucrose mixture.
