Summary
This report describes the indoor air quality and sick building syndrome. Firstly, the outline of the sick building syndrome and sick house syndrome and the reason why the sick building syndrome became a serious problem in Japan are explained. Secondly, changes in indoor pollutants from the past and to the future are discussed using previous studies as a basis.
