Summary
A combination of heat pumps and solar systems enables to increase the seasonal coefficient of heat pump performance (COP) SPF of the entire system against the installation of the heat pump itself in different connections (parallel, serial/parallel, serial). Authors quantify benefits of individual connections with help of the computer simulation of operational behavior in such systems.
