Summary

In this paper a first simulation of an energy system comprising of a ground source heat pump and solar cell system placed in/on a near zero energy building in Sweden is performed. Simulations of the building energy system are carried out for a whole year with the simulation program Trnsys. The simulation shows that a solar electricity fraction of 47% without any mismatch between the solar electricity generation and the building energy demand is possible to achieve. The combination of a ground source heat pump system and a PV-system gives a more uniform annual distribution than thermal solar collectors.
