Summary

This article presents a case study evaluating the impact of modern building materials, specifically plasters with phase-change materials (PCM plasters), on indoor-environmental quality (IEQ) and thermal comfort. Evaluation of indoor environment condition is performed using a computer simulation tool ESP-r. Computer simulation was verified by in-situ measurements.
