A METHOD IS PRESENTED OF WORKING OUT SINGLE EQUATIONS FOR THE CONDITION OF THE OIL WHEN LIMITED INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE (FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN MOLECULAR MASS IS UNKNOWN). EXPERIMENTAL INSTALLATIONS WERE BUILT AND TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT ON THE PROPERTIES OF OIL AND OF ITS MIXTURES WITH REFRIGERANTS. M. C.
