Summary
The field of heat pump application is limited by several aspects. A very important role plays for example the discharge temperature. One of the ways how to enlarge the working envelope is to decrease the discharge temperature by the vapour injection to the intermediate stage of a special scroll compressor. The principle and the results of this vapour injection with the influence of real heat exchangers are discussed.
