Summary
This hotel has all bedrooms facing into the central atrium and this creates problems of smoke containment and extraction and the ventilation of escape routes. Bedrooms have fan coil units with fresh air. Executive and function areas have separate all air systems which are described in detail. There is a building management system with remote monitoring.
