Standardized testing of volume meters with refrigerants.

Summary
Measuring devices for determining refrigerant flow in refrigerating systems are difficult to use, for technical reasons. The devices themselves must be tested under conditions which resemble as nearly as possible those encountered in actual operations. A system is described which tests volume meters with liquid refrigerants and facilitates the fundamental examination of substances with extremely low viscosities.
