Summary
Qualicuisines is a quality label of approval awarded by the "Association de qualification et de classification techniques des entreprises d'installation de matériels pour cuisines professionnelles et d'équipements pour collectivités" (Federation for the technical rating and classification of companies specialized in the fitting and equipping of professional and community kitchens). The only companies that qualify are those with advanced technical know-how that are also able to provide maintenance, a guarantee contract and suitable references.
