Summary

All perishable products sold to consumers through retail trade network as well as public catering are involved in the intercity transportation (ICT). The article cites the technical analysis of the structure of the intercity refrigerated transport for transportation of refrigerated and frozen foodstuffs. The main reasons of the temperature regime violation at exploitation of refrigerated trucks under urban conditions are shown.
